Callum and Gavin are both top class athletes. Being trained by guys that are some of Australia's best competing athletes you know you will get the best advice and knowledge that you need to get results. ::I've been to a few gyms around the world and this one nails it. The Ward brothers are excellent trainers and seem to know exactly the right time to give advice and feedback. Its a very supportive environment and a great little community full of great people. I've lost a bucketload of weight and have become much stronger. This is Crossfit at it's best.
