  I wish there was a minus rating as I’m horrified with my experience with Warragul Ford. I have since purchased another vehicle from another dealership because of the damage they have caused my Ford Ranger. The biggest problem is the mechanic and customer service, the fact that Warragul ford have had to replace the engine twice under warranty, but not acknowledge fault disgust me. And to add salt to injury they didn’t even offer a courtesy car! Please reconsider taking your vehicle to Warragul Ford especially for services as the mechanics are incompetent and on one occasion required a out of house Mechanic to install a ford engine. Beware if you value your car!

  I have had great service from these people. Very helpful with a warranty problem. Very polite, helpful and efficient. If I were thinking of buying a new Ford I would use them

  I have had a lot of issues with Tralagon Ford as well as trying to get stuff sorted out through Ford Australia all to no avail. I went into Warragul ford for a service and was treated with respect by a well mannered, friendly crew. The service team were excellent and even got my car in a day early, they went to the full extend of checking any queries I had and even returned with specifics such as part number as well as advice on how to proceed. I dealt with a sales team member, George.T Who was able to give me very good advice and was/still is willing to help as much as he can despite me purchasing the car from another dealer. If all Ford dealerships were like this one, Ford Australia would be the best Australian car dealer hands down. Keep up the good work crew!
