::Supplied faulty floor stock on a lamp, discussions with 3 members of staff never once asked if I was okay to take floor stock. Got home to find after paying for two new lamps I was supplied one that was floor stock and faulty. I called the Manager John immediately who agreed they would swap it out. I emailed him 36 hours ago and asked for confirmation he was going to sort it...NOTHING! I now have to waste my time yet again to chase him and the store for what is their extremely poor customer service. Never again will I shop with them.

::I was waiting over 30 minutes for assistance and left as there was only one lady in the store and it was busy (I felt sorry for the poor lady) Not acceptable service for a reputable furniture shop to only have one person in the shop

::If Martha Stewart had a shop, it would be this place. A real experience to walk through. After many months of dreaming, I finally invested in a very fine coffee table, it took a few weeks to arrive as stock isn't kept onsite. I was truly shocked to find that it was flat packed and I had to assemble it myself! Even after paying for delivery! I do love my coffee table though.

::Worst customer service EVER yet!!!! Went into the store, roughly five girls working, non of them acknowledged me, I've spent 20min looking around in the store and they walked past me at least 10 times, no one gave me eye contact or offer help. Nice furniture design, but too bad the sales person are not actually selling anything . Taking my business elsewhere.

::A product was charged twice incorrectly during the busy new years time but Kelsey (ASM I believe) at the store has provided an exceptional service in correcting the error. Kept me in the loop, communicated at the time she said she would and made sure the issue is resolved seamlessly. Nice store to go back for sure.
