  I have been using this branch for 5 years and always find the staff very helpful. Was in the branch this morning and Deon helped my daughter and I with something. All the tellers are terrific too.

  I've been living this town for few years and been to this branch often. I'd like to share it about my feeling after personal experienced. The most staff have a poor service attitude, Especially the blonde at a counter and the Manager of this Branch. There is one thing that can be reflected, The Manager He didn't pass my consent to report loss of my bank card and It caused me a lot of inconvenience and I think he did that on purpose. He is such a mean man！ The bad clerks Except the Old Asian lady who's on the short counter end the right and the other one Asian face lady, those two clerks are the best staff in this branch, they are always friendly and Service with a smile, Always trying the all the way out to help us. I want to said thank you, I really appreciate it. Sincerely suggest that All other clerks and Manager of professional qualities need to be improved.

  We found the Westpac branch down the end of the street away from all the other banks. As a bonus we got to see some of the heritage buildings along the way that were just beautiful.

  Not in fact open on weekends as their online trading hours state.
