  Very disappointed with Wetspot Charters, considering the amount they charge. I paid $2050 and a $1000 bond, to hold my 21st birthday with this company, with literally NOTHING included. Some points below may help you make your decision when booking with Wetspot for ANY event. Firstly, the vessel was not at the Jetty at the discussed time and this was then cut into my cruise time. Secondly, the DJ was considerably late also cutting into cruise time. • Toilets where not cleaned nor restocked from previous event. • Esky space was minimal for a vessel that has the capacity of 75 guests. • Previous event holders where onboard collecting materials left from their event. • BBQ facilities where not cleaned even though you pay a $35 cleaning fee if you wish to use the BBQ. • Broken glass throughout the vessel, all through the carpet onboard. • DJ held up the boat by not showing ontime and I would definetly not recommend the particular DJ we where given who was not only rude, but also very unprofessional. Cabin crew (captain and deckhands) where awesome and very understanding on the day. However, when bringing this to the attention of the owner I got a very dissapointing response. Not only did the response ignore points bought to their attention but it was also significantly personally attacking, rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend Wetspot for an event unless you wish to waste your money and time.
