  Ridiculously good selection of whiskeys in a nice cozy environment. Love that they provide an eyedropper of water so you can add exactly the right amount. Hard to find a decent shot under $20 but if you're a fan of fine whiskeys, definitely spend some time here.

  Very intimate venue with an extensive list of local and international whiskies. Beers, ciders and a few spirits available for non-whisky drinkers. Was there with a group of about 8 people and everyone enjoyed their time at Whisky Den

  My friends and I had planned to go to the Boilermaker house but when we got there it was full so we decided to try out The Whisky Den. Certainly glad we did, the staff were friendly and helpful, it has a chilled out atmosphere with good tunes and a great whisky selection. We ended up staying until it closed and will definitely come back. A great little place to kick back and talk the night away.

  Small, quiet and cosey, a hidden gem. Large range of whiskey, friendly staff who have a vast knowledge of the whiskey on offer, and happy to recommend choices for those who don't know much about whiskey or want to try something new. Would definitely visit here again.

  Edit: Joseph, thanks for the clarification. Updated the rating to 3 stars neutral and leaving the review as it is for context. --- Did a whiskey hopping night with great friends interstate. Came at a reasonable time. Bartender (dark hair and young) didn't bother to serve us saying "sorry we are closing the bar in a minute". We told him we're happy for a quick drink but he just didn't catch on and repeated himself. Just say the bar was closed and leave it at that could have avoided the awkwardness. Needless to say the group left with a very low opinion and won't be coming again. A bit sad but there are places elsewhere with better experienced staff and greater selection.
