::My mum used these guys to see off my grandfather (Doug). A lomo, to pick our family up, was part of the deal however, no show!!! You can imagine how stressful this was for my mum. We had to order a cab and arrived late to his funeral. I understand that these things can happen but no opology no compensation. Really unprofessional. Fail....
