  Never order delivery from here! It doesn’t matter how early you order, they will take forever and you and your family will be starving. I know they are the only Chinese place that delivers in Shep but trust me, it’s not worth it. I wishfully gave them a second chance tonight thinking that maybe last time was just a bad night. But it’s Wednesday, shouldn’t be too busy but here we are 1.5hrs after ordering and still no food. We did have a phone call telling us that they were late and 15 mins away. That was 30 mins ago and still no food. The worst. Never again.

  Went to pick up our meal after paying through menulog, was rudely told to wait. Waited 40 minutes, asked for a refund which was refused, and never recieved our food. The chef treated my family like garbage. Horrible curtomer service, and I assume horrible food. Menulog thankfully gave us a refund. Do not eat here.

  I'm not usually a person to post negative comments. But I was very unsatisfied the meal. The honey chicken barely had a taste of flavor on it.

  Amazingly hot, fresh, and delicious! Often long delivery time, but worth it. Just need to plan ahead

  Two Stars because the food was good. But the wait time of over two hours was ridiculous. Two phone calls resulted in being told that my food was 'ten minutes away' even though they clearly had not even started cooking it. I would not order from Wing Li again.
