  I've been to this place three times as it's on my way on weekdays but unfortunately never received any attention from staff.

  I went to this location a while ago. This old lady that works there didn’t help me at all. I wanted to try on the shoes and she didn’t bother to go get it for me. She told me just try on the display one and it was only one shoe. She’s so damn lazy, she needs to get fired.

  Very bad customer service. I was there before the shop close on 27Jun17, tried on a long pair of boots, got stuck in one of the long, asked the shop assistance (not the young girl, the older lady) to help pull it out but she refused to help and told me to push the top one down and pull harder....I finally managed to got rid of it with some hard pulling and twisting my leg coz it was a bloody long boot... What kind of customer service was that??? I have never experienced this in Sydney before...So bad...I was just simply asking for help, even a stranger would have helped let a lone a shop keeper???? Anyways, bought a pair of discounted long boots for $129 (from $249) but found out they have the exact same pair in Wanted - full price for $99... Before I bought I asked if the boots were leather and the lady said they were all leather but I checked online on the website and found that they are Microfiber...I dont mind the materials but the fact that the shop keeper gave the wrong information about the boots are just not acceptable...At least in AU anyways...

  The Wittner shop at the Townhall station George Street entrance is a good bargain to buy the leather sandals, flats,boots and shoes. They have amazing discounts (70% and 40%) during some months of the year. Always love the style ,quality, colour of the shoes. Excellent customer service as well!

  I love the soft leather that Wittner uses, but I find that the rubber they use on the heels wears down very quickly - I have to resole my Witter boots around once a year, which is far more often than any of my other shoes.
