  지인의 부탁으로 2월말 이곳에서 비타민을 구입했는데, 교환이 필요한상황이라 구입다음날 영수증지참후에 교환을 정중히 요청했지만, 이곳 남자매니저는 "절대"안된다며 본인할말만 하고 딴짓을 했습니다. 환불을 요구한것도 아니고 다른제품으로 교환을 필요로한건데, 정말 매니저교육이 제대로 안된 기본도 모르는 사람이 매니저 명찰달고 고객응대랍시고 하는게 아주 가관이었습니다. $200정도지만 호주에서 만난 제일 불쾌한사람중에 한명입니다. 구입할때는 아무런 안내도 없었으면서 교환을 필요로 하니 교환.반품 안된다고 계산대앞에 보이지도않게 만들어놓고, 영어가 서투른 외국인상대로 아주 지저분하게 영업하는 가게로밖에 안느껴졌습니다. 참고하시고 이용하세요.

  Staff here are awesome. Very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Good prices, and you can earn discounts off your shopping by signing up for the wizard rewards (which works across all Wizard pharmacies I've tried)
