  How about some visible signs to show the opening hours... I can remember when this service opened at 6.30am but a google search shows it now opens at 8am... I drove in at 6.50 tuesday 3 April just after Easter holidays. The pump was lit up and it accepted my preselection... Two other people drove in at the same time and we were all standing there with the hose in the car and looking like a mob of idiots, because we couldn't get any petrol. Enough for me not to go back again.

  Use to be good but now there are too many strange self obsessed “Gen Z” (look like they are about to cry if they broke a nail) staff working there who are busy talking instead of working or serving people. No respect, no manners & no experience.

  Castletown Woolworths is my very favourite Woolies Supermarket in the Townsville region! Every staff member, from Checkout and General Floor Staff to the fresh food departments staff such as Bakery, Delicatessan , Fruit and Vegetables as well as Meat, is a real asset to this supermarket. But I have to say that the little treat which pulls me in each and every single time I shop is Ben and his staff at the Fresh Sushi Bar which has now been in-store for quite some time. This sushi is the very best I have found anywhere in this region and I recommend the delectable gems to all of my friends and visitors to the city! Nothing is too much trouble, and my favourite items are made especially for me on the spot while I do the rest of my shopping. I have always received so much assistance from staff in all areas of this wide-aisled and cheerful store whether it is helping to find an item which is not available on the shelf, or reaching up to get something which for me, being a very short person, is too high out of reach.Nothing seems to be too much bother for anyone, and I am always treated with respect and a smile, no matter how small my needs may be. This store is a truly well-oiled machine with a manager who gets the most from all of his staff members in the most pleasant way I have continually witnessed in such a large store.
