  We built our dream home with wow homes. Our home is beautiful, turn around time was unbelievable. We walked into wow homes on the 7th of March, 2017. We signed our contract in May, Slab went down in June and we moved in early November. Despite the quick turnaround, quality wasn't compromised. Our sales rep Darren Govic is such an amazing sales rep. You know how people tell you to get everything in writing? Not with Darren. All the inclusion he promised us verbally (polished porcelain tiles, reverse cycle aircon) were fulfilled. They called him during Pre-start and he owned up to everything. He's a trust worthy guy. The only downside of the whole experience was that our Pre-start consultant Zoe and CLO Jessica, at one point or another felt they were doing us a favour. We requested not to deal with Jessica anymore and the Client Relationship Manager; Anne Petta took over and became our CLO. It was a very good decision we made. Anne is a delight to work with. She's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to get issues sorted out. I have recommended wow homes to most of our friends and visitors who are mesmerised by the beauty of our home.   WOW homes are amazing! They really listened to what we wanted! All the team are so friendly and helpful! We will defiantly be building with them for our next house!

  Wow homes have a good customer service and are always contacting you to keep you up to date with what is happening with the build. They are helpful with organizing everything and make it simple to pick an design what you want with your home. The only thing i can fault is attention to detail with the home they built for me, such as some walls a bit wavy with the plaster, hot and cold taps in reverse, not plastering all the way to the floor and the painter only doing one coat on the door frames. Besides from the little things the majority of it was perfect. I can recommend them to others if they are building their first home but as said if it isn't then you would have to do a lot of inspection to check on the work is being done to a higher standard.

  Amazing experience with an amazing builder!!! Can not recommend these guys highly enough!! From start to finish the communication was amazing and our home although only taking 5 months to build Is perfect! The quality is fantastic the tradesmen are a real credit to the wow group as are their entire staff, Maxine in finance , Zoe in the office and Steve our construction manager just to name a few what a team! They produced a QUALITY home at a great price with two very HAPPY customers. Thankyou WOW!!!

  WOW Homes were mostly excellent. The build was complete in four months, which exceeded our expectations. The quality of the build is very high and we are extremely happy with our new home! The only issue we had with WOW Homes was the customer service we received from one of the sales people, who took nearly four weeks to contact us to resolve an issue with a variation. Other staff members were contacting us frequently in this time asking if this sales person had spoken to us yet, so it was just this one person who let us down. We would have really appreciated being contacted sooner and just been given the information straight, irrespective of if it was what we wanted to hear or not. As this was disappointing, the rest of the process was excellent and the positives definitely outweighed that one negative. Once the build started it was all smooth sailing. The rest of the staff at WOW Homes were outstanding, answered any questions we had and were extremely helpful from beginning to end.
