  Might as well not have any sales staff in the showroom if they can’t sell a bike better than a five years old - worst customer experience ever

  Very Good Communication. I had an issue. It was followed up on the spot. Problem solved. This shop is in good hands. I would highly recommend.

  I've been taking bikes to Yamaha City for going on 4 years. The service has always been as discussed and the price as negotiated. The team have looked after both Aprilia (when they had this marque) as well as Yamaha respectfully. Prices, service and handling all above board - no complaints and will continue to use their service.

  Extremely terrible. I got a scooter has been hit by other not my fault. It has been towed to there next and I told them the claim number as well. However they didn't contact me with TWO months about that matter. But! When I got touch with here last week. They told me I have to pay expensive storage fee... ??!! absurd. I've trying to discuss with them but staff was very rude even urge me to agree that. Please note. I got complete evidence to prove this matter. If the owner or manager gonna to contact me I won't answer unless authorities and lawyers.
