::We particularly like the weekly Somatics class, also the events such as the “big relax”. Easy to get to and plenty of parking nearby.

::Our family loves teens and tweens yoga on Monday from 4-5pm. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and our best homework for the week happens after yoga with a relaxed, centred tween.
