  I love my Yoga classes with Ben. I have been going to Yoga Theory for just over a year now and have really noticed an improvement with my flexibility. I like that Ben offers a variety of different classes so I never get bored. I highly recommend a class with Ben.

  This is by far the best Yoga studio i have been to in Adelaide. Ben is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher and the small classes allow for great teacher/student interaction. Ben knows each and every student and tailors the classes to suit their needs and level. Fantastic location, friendly vibe and the memberships are great value.

  Ben is a highly experienced and talented yoga instructor. He is warm, friendly and an intuitive teacher. The studio is an attractive, well equipt and welcoming space in a convenient location. Having tried several other yoga classes in Adelaide, I can confidently recommend Yoga Theory as being the best in Adelaide for busy professionals seeking mindfulness, strength and flexibility. 5 stars.

  Best Yoga studio in Adelaide. Located conveniently in Unley. Very reasonable rate. Ben is a fantastic Yoga teacher. He is patient, humble, and attentive to your needs. Will be going back regularly.
