  From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff were an absolute delight! I have been to many salons and loved the experience I had. Emily took care of my blow dry and for such a young age was so professional. Thank you.

  Don't even know what to say. Was totally ripped off here. Asked for balayage, showed pictures and everything. The girl who did my hair completely ruined it, it looked brassy and was pretty much the same colour as before. I was a bit upset, however she had said that I would need to achieve the colour I wanted in a few sessions. Bull! I asked many different hairdressers, they said that was definitely a lie. I was charged 380, a ridiculous amount for what I got. I just had my hair done in a salon in northcote, the lovely woman listened to my request and my hair looks beautiful. Was also 100 dollars less!

  I used to work at Aveda in David Jones and I loved there colour, I mistakenly thought I could get the same beautiful tones elsewhere - haha 🤣 I won't be doing that again. The staff, the consideration and product are all amazing at Aveda at David Jones - Melody who did my hair was kind and considerate and attentive ! 5/5! xo Renee

  I have done my hair here few months ago. I came with a previously coloured hair but not damaged. I wanted a good fix for the mess distribution of the previous colour. Clint gave me the bill for every thing they will do to my hair. Even though, Clint was nice and charming however, he gave me a treatment after the shampoo as a free treat but changed the pervious bill with a new price without discussing it with me and acting like he did nothing! The final look is not what I asked for, and had some brassy parts which he claimed it was because of the lightening. Also, my hair was left damaged but I will not talk to them again.
