  Glebe 7-11- Unprofessionalism in-store & no follow-up from HQ- 3 issues. 1. Visited Glebe 7-11, Mon 27 Nov. 2017, early morn.- guy kept eye-balling me throughout my trip- previously had complained to him about this- you know, as a female, it makes me feel uncomfortable- when I mentioned this again- the guy threw me out of the store? I had done nothing wrong, rather this was rude & unprofessional. 2. Submitted an on-line complaint to 7-Eleven HQ, but never received a response or follow-up from 7-11 to my complaint in writing. 3. Re-visited Glebe 7-11, Tues 5 Dec., early morn.- enquired contact details of store. Attendant refused to give me the store’s no? Again, that’s inappropriate- the phone no. is publicly available, but after hearing my complaint, the guy still refused to provide me with the store’s no.? What’s going on with Glebe 7-11?! Overall, experienced unprofessionalism from Store, Management and HQ.

  It's a 7/11, you know what you're getting. Open all the time, friendly staff every time I've been in!
