  I rarely take the time to actually give a review. However, this time I'll make an exception. I've had great service 2 days in a row at 99 bikes by a Russian guy in the shop. I had a flat tire on my way to work which they fixed in 7 min at a low cost. Unfortunately, I had another flat tire the morning after on the new tube. Fortunately I was close to the shop and my Russian hero was there to properly inspect the tire and give me a new tube. I'm a member and very satisfied customer.

  They know about what they are doing quite well. Range of choices and a good guidance in helping to choose what would be good for you. Tell them clearly what you want and they will help you. Know all about maintenance so that you can make the best out of the bike and them.

  Friendly and helpful staff. These guys go over and above what is expected for good customer service. I had a rear derailleur break just before a ride on a Sunday. Feeling my disappointment, they said "let's get you sorted". A new dérailleur, chain, a few spokes and truing the wheel and I was on my way. I've been a fan of 99 Bikes ever since.

  From the moment I first made enquiries about a new bike to taking delivery of my bike I received the most excellent customer service from Connor and his team (Sarah, Jervis, Harry). These people know bikes. They took detailed measurements of me, made suggestions and still ordered two bikes for me in different sizes to see with which one I felt most comfortable. They also permit you to take the bikes for a ride. They made modifications and affixed accessories as I requested. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend 99Bikes at Bondi Junction – especially as a "club member" where the discounts are generous.

  I had a great experience buying my bike from here. Things become easier if you do an extra bit of research on their webpage before heading to the store. Jervis gave me an additional crash course on bike maintenance as well. Kudos for a timely online delivery of bike rack and in-store pick up of the bike.
