  Such friendly and attentive service. I have been going to these guys for a while now and they always go above and beyond. My girlfriend and I are cycling all the time now and I honestly think we wouldn't be if it wasn't for this store.

  Took my 2nd hand bike to be sized up - very impressed! I was measured up thoroughly and given a very detailed analysis on ideal bike configuration. Dave provided very professional service when he set my bike up and he went above and beyond in helping me with a few other things too. Have been here a few times before, always a good service, will be back again.

  Never seen a bike shop so inattentive to a customer. I have shopped at the Capalaba often and they are fantastic but in the Valley they took no notice of me at all and I was there for a while. There were plenty of staff not doing anything but they didn’t even make eye contact. I was going to buy a bike. Will now try Cannon Hill. Hopefully my experience is better

  From first stepping into your shop, I was greeted and had explained in depth the type of seat I would best be happy with. The gentleman went into great detail, ordered the seat and when on arrival I asked if he could fit it I was told yes by all means. The seat arrived earlier than I expected, and upon arrival at the store again, a different staff member very happily fitted the seat for me. It was also explained to me the benefit of being a member, which made much sense to me, so I joined. In the world around us today where courtesy and good sales skills have almost gone out the door, I was so very impressed, and will be back there when next I need help. Very happy with my purchase.

  As a current student doing an assessment on bikes, it is difficult to find business who can actually help you out. Giuseppe was extremely helpful with all my questions and I promise I'll be back. Today, the 19/02/18 stopped by very early (around 9 a.m) as I was riding my new bike with the seat quite loose, the sales guy kindly helped me to adjust my seat before opening hours. This was the second great experience I had with them and I hope to get my padlock for my new bike with them :) Thank you! :)
