  I had a bad experience purchasing a car from A1 Commercial Vehicles. I bought the used car on 28/08/2013. The keys were missing for the TJM canopy and I was promised a set of keys but told that the keys had to be ordered from TJM New Zealand. The Keys would be posted to me in two weeks. I called them up after two weeks and was told that the keys were on their way and I should call later in the day for a delivery date. I tried that afternoon and no one answered. And the following three weeks my calls were not answered or returned. When I was negotiating for the car, I could get through even out of business hours as the office land line was directed to the owners' mobile. Out of desperation, I contacted TJM Australia and they told me that they wouldn't stock those keys any more, neither would TJM New Zealand. This is when I realized that the dealer was lying to me from the start. I have managed to get a set of TJM canopy keys from a local locksmith, but I am now worried about what else was I lied to regarding the used car I bought from A1 Commercial Vehicles.
