Parking has never been a problem here as there's always space. Staff have always been helpful too. However, there has been some recent changes. The buffet food quality has gone down with the same meals each week. They've gotten a lil bit expensive too. I hope they can get back to whey they were before.

Used to deliver here when it was Thomas Dux, big store, looks a lot different to how it did as TD but still got good people working here, particularly Gary.

Used to deliver here when it was Thomas Dux. Store layout has changed considerably since then, and to be honest I only deliver here, aren't really into the whole organic thing myself, but from what I can see it's a pretty good store with good people (particular shout out to Gary, top bloke)

Appreciate another 'fresh' and 'healthy' food option on Bay Street in Port Melbourne. Was previously Thomas Dux. I don't think there's enough patronage to keep the concept going strong... the food bar doesn't seem fresh (not enough turnover), other products (Passionate Skin Care, fresh meats etc) don't remain stocked well enough. Prices are Ok. For a local retailer.... staff not very engaged or warm.

Nothing special about this place but the food bar looked like a good idea. I brought along my own trolley and the lady serving me was so rude when I put my shopping in here- ‘next time, you use the baskets’ was her reply; oh yeah because it’s unsafe to leave my trolley unsupervised at the front of the store or outside, plus a small basket will not be sufficient if you get more than a few items! I didn’t know it was so bad bringing an innocent shopping trolley around in a supermarket! Won’t be coming here again, sorry to bag a small business but if you behave in a terrible manner re my trolley, then I will call you out for it, no worries.
