  Called them today for help with commercial parts, knew what I was after and what else I'd have to do get it right

  We had the house rekeyed after purchase and we had some locks replaced and a couple of upgrades done at the same time. The 2 locksmiths who came to site were very polite. They were all finished quickly. Thanks again.

  Easily the worst company to deal with. I have waited 6 months for a replacement key to a complex they have the rights to. If i was able to obtain a replacement key anywhere else i would have told them to forget it. Calls go unanswered, emails are never responded to.. when you do catch somebody on the phone they know nothing about it. Would highly avoid!
