  took my hard drive for data recovery service was very prompt data recovered 95% very happy. Happy to recommend anyone to Ken his and business.

  amazing service I thought i had lost my computer, no other computer repair place was able to help, but Ken was awesome... he had me back up and running within a few days... definitely recommend.

  Took my Dell laptop here at lunch on January 3, hoping it would be open so close to Christmas and new year. Not only was it open but I had my repaired laptop back (with warranty on the work done) by lunchtime on January 5. I was expecting a turnaround of a week or two. I was charged reasonably for the work that was done and in accordance with the initial quote. Don't let the organised chaos of the shop space turn you off - the owner is friendly and from my experience is an honest operator. I'll be back if I have other problems with this or another machine.
