  Some bloke Will served me. He knows everything about sport and he's basically an elite athlete. He is a gentleman. Exceptional service helping me to pick the right shoes for me. He took great care with my delicate feet and didn't make it weird by looking me in the eyes. Ultraboost shoes were nice to stand and walk in. Thank you adidas for hiring Will. I wish him all the best in his future career. Tip top stuff. I wish I was a good dancer.

  This is a great idea - having an Adidas concept store in the heart of Melbourne - but it is executed very very poorly. The range is random and the staff are more motivated at posing and trying to look good than in assisting customers with help and service. Pricing is at full retail. I struggle to understand the value proposition here - and people would / should simply buy online. If they had great service or unique products or events I could see some benefit - they just don't have it here.

  So dissapointed by the product design of the ultra boost and the attitude of the staff. We went to this store the first time 2 weeks ago just to buy the ultra boost pair and not a single staff told us that we need to choose half a size larger for this design.The pair of shoes started to cause pain after 20 minuets of wearing and the staff’s explanation was this is supposed to be get more stretched and loosen by wearing more. So in his logic, if we bought a pair of shoes that caused us pain we need to put up with it and eventually it will be good. So why do we pay for something that make us painful? Are we insane? After we said the shoes were only worn once and another staff’s exact word was “It can’t be”. What kind of terrible attitude is this as they actually don’t trust their customers. Their return policy is also ridiculous as they specified that they only offer change of size or return if the shoes are in original condition. This means they actually expect you to keep it clean when you are running and if not they just simply “can’t do anything about it”. This is such an unpleasant experience and definitely won’t recommend.

  Good Store and helpful staff, possible to get missed in the madness during busy periods but overall would return here for next pair of runners.
