  While I love Aesop products, I just had my facial cancelled on me with only just a week prior to my booking. I made the booking in December and it's now February. The customer representative told me there is not other available booking until April. I've been waiting for two months for this appointment, and the customer representative said she could not fit me in to an earlier appointment and couldn't even prioritise my booking despite waiting for two months. Do not both booking an facial appointment with Aesop. They'll just make you wait months. It's ridiculous to be waiting four months for a simple treatment.
