  Went in after my graphics card died, my card was replaced under warranty in less than 24 hours. I was originally quoted $89 for them to check out my problem, but only requested $35 when I went to pick up my PC even after reminding them about the quoted price, great customer service.

  These guys are 5-Star professionals: technically and for customer service! They were able to fix my pen drive at a moments notice and managed to successfully back-up all of my data! Furthermore...they did it at a very competitive price! I would recommend this shop to all !!!!!! Salva

  I am a non-technology person, which not understanding computer a lot. I bought a desktop work computer a year ago and still running pretty well until now. During this period, they fixed my computer, like remove virus, change a new Power Supply Unit, which covered by warranty, and they finished the service job just overnight. And they teach me a lot of tips how to maintain my computer in the future, which is quite helpful to me. The service in Joondalup store always helpful, friendly and quick. Highly recommended!

  Austin computers is a good computer distibutor only. they lack in servicing skills that could improve along with others stores with their name on it. The austin computer in canninvale is a year old and i was helping make it. They put pretty hard work into it to make it better. Austin Computers in Joodalup has been robbed a few times already so they lack in security as well. The locks from the display r easily opened. Even i opened them once but stealing isnt very smart these days with the year sentences for them. all im asking is for them to improve or butt out
