  Ordered my Daughters birthday cake with specific request for colour (white buttercream) & owner changed, without a phone call, to chocolate ganache.....not what I wanted at all. Disgusting to think a simple phone call couldn't even occur!! Will never visit again!! When there are plenty of other bakeries around I wouldn't think you could afford to upset customers!!

  Owner is rude and immature. Went to buy some biscuits and a cake, and then after asking a few question over the phone he told me I couldn't have them anymore because I was been sarcastic? I was like? oh dear....never again! Better bakeries elsewhere! with better customer service ...run while u can...................................
