  My wife and I had the most stressful house move ever, all thanks to this rubbish, backyard company, All Safe Removals. I had booked in for them to arrive first thing in the morning, and told they would be there by 7am. No one had arrived at 7.20 so I rang the owners mobile, Christian but no answer. I kept calling and calling and finally about 8am, he answered. So apparently he was also the driver and he had "done his back in" the previous night". Not that I believed him but when I asked him why he didn't even have the courtesy to phone me, he said he had texted me earlier - very professional way to communicate to customers. I told him I didn't get any text and he reassured me he did . (I did get a text from him later that day with a picture he had taken on his phone of his notebook with my name written on it, but with the wrong number - apparently this picture was to prove that he had the wrong number for me! As soon as I got off the phone I was able to arrange a different removalist who came later that morning. When the guys arrived I started telling them about how I had booked another removalist company and before I had even told them who it was, they said was it All Safe Removals by any chance - apparently they are very well known in the industry for not showing up for jobs and sometimes apparently drive by the address and if the job looks too difficult as may be the case with some apartments apparently, they just keep on driving...

  Highly recommend. I considered a number of different companies to handle my move before speaking with Kristian. He offered AND delivered a prompt, friendly and professional service. Nothing was a drama - from the never ending requests from our high rise onsite management to a narrow staircase in our two story house! Not a single breakage and very reasonably priced. Thanks again!

  Fantastic service very professional guys with a good attitude, moved our 4 bedroom house from Biggera Waters to Loganlea 4131 no damage at all. Highly recommend all safe removals thank again Kristian.
