  No one around to ask advice in tent section. ..lots of people there with no one to help ....went to bcf

  They only provide pants for thin people. Their jackets are really expensive and no customer service to speak of. I tried to ask for assistance but the staff were too busy having a personal conversation. I stood in front of them but all I heard was “yeah that sucks man, I feel really bad for him you know” while he spoke to his colleague and ignored me entirely.

  Picked up some boots from here good range of products, can be pricey on some items when not on sale, staff little thin on the ground. 4 stars!

  Store is really nicely presented. Staff working there look like they are 14 straight out of high school. Some were extremely unhelpful as they had no idea about half the staff in the store.

  Staff are really helpful. There is a huge range of outdoor gear here. You can pick up some bargains on sale items Really good quality brands ranging in price. Would recommend a brouse through here.
