  Suzanne the customer service manager is outright rude and needs to check her people skills. She demands things when she wants her way and always speaks over you not letting you even breathe between the damn words coming out of her mouth. Rude cow needs to find another job and needs to learn how to speak english properly can't even understand her rambling underneath her thick accent. Probably why she feels the need to be such a demanding prick!
