  Average. Some staff are very friendly and helpful, but always takes a VERY long time to be served. Business teller should also only be used for business and not anyone who wants to juat go have a sit down whilst waiting. Old way was much better.

  Was treated with little respect, tried multiple times to confirm with Maria what accounts I had, what was connected to a card etc. and she was condescending, rude and treating me like I was the incompetent one in the interaction. Not the first time ANZ has underperformed, will be making a formal complaint and then moving all of my accounts to a new bank.

  Who closes the only branch that does Foreign Xge on the weekend for months of renovations without providing this service at the only othe city branch open weekends? Such a poor decision!! And not to even note the closure on your website cost me 1.5hrs and a 70km round trip and city car parking for NOTHING. Thanks ANZ.

  The customer service of the branch is very good, it get busy for most of the time, but the staff were really friendly and helpful.
