  I was served by the the lady with short dyed red hair both times that I went here to deposit a cheque. The first time she tried to upsell (just doing her job) by asking if I had considered a credit card. I said no (not explaining that I had and didn't think that I needed it). Later I got a letter with marketing material for a credit card. I have got a few marketing letters from ANZ, and every time I put it in the recycling bin. I have checked online at least once to see if I can not get such letters in the future.
