  If I could give no stars I would. The manager in Townsville is by far the most unprofessional, condescending, horrible person I have dealt with, within my life and professional career. Our office had requested assistance in dealing with the Townsville Manager, to other members who were just as bad to deal with and offered absolutely no help. If you have a choice steer clear and as far away as you can from this mob. Every time we mention the company we get the same response "erhh, eww, oh not them" Good luck to anyone who has business with them especially the Townsville Manager.

  I just got home from being away and I have no TV reception this has happened twice now. I am leaving this complex because of the non service you get. New gates installed went to drive to airport on Sunday remote would not work had to get a cab. Don't use them
