  Average and dated, room maintenance not up to scratch fire alarm beeping, TV remote not working properly a few bugs in room. But clean and tidy. Unfortunately two nights in a row disturbed and and awoken by the the noisy pissy managers partying ffs! actually had to ask then to keep it down! Probably not a regular occurrence but hard working I needed to sleep!

  Clean, neat, comfortable, quiet accommodation in pristine Esperance. Got a peaceful nights sleep. Ideal for small crews down from perth. Friendly staff, close enough two town centre. Cheers

  Not terrible, but I'm sure you could (we did) find better. The place offers fairly basic family accommodation. The apartment we stayed in was very dated. All the appliances were old and not exactly presentable. The fridge was ancient and made horrible noises, and their air con had to be made in the 70's. The beds all have lovely foam mattresses which seems a bit on the cheap side to me. Also we may have just had bad luck but all our cutlery, crockery, pots 'n pans all needed washing before we tried to cook a meal. Their "pool" did look pretty nice, except that it was about the size of a large spa. They do have two newly renovated apartments which might be worth a look, but honestly for the prices that they ask their are a dozen other places near by that you could stay that would be just as nice or better. To its credit though the towels in the place were nice and fluffy, and the family that runs it seems nice enough. We left and found a similar place down the road for the same price that was bigger, brand new and a pleasure to lounge around in. The towels weren't as nice though. :) Was called 'Yot Spot'. Would reccomend that place to anyone who needs a few beds and a bit of space.
