::Booked a hire car, which was very straightforward through their website. Chatted with the customer service rep via Facebook to check it had a CD player (my 3 year old would be super sad to miss his favourite tunes!!), and they very helpfully checked and confirmed it did. Then, I had to cancel the booking. Despite having a deposit already paid and a policy of this being non refundable, they refunded it! Super helpful of them - thank you Aries Car Rental for your great customer service.
