  First time being there was delightful adventure, instructor started of the basics with exercising, Stretching your muscle, etc etc... and from that we progressed to learning a balanced (Yin Yang ) punches, kickes, blockes and techniques. called; basic Poomsae, executing both punching and blocking which was rather hard at first, an it got rather fun, an I enjoyed it alot The entry fees for the training wasn't very costy$8 p/week opens Saturday from 10:30 to 12:00 Worth recommendation,
