  Post office notification said it’s open today but it’s not, wasted my time in going so far but how ridiculous that the changes was not made to inform public that post office is shut

  The worst customer service I have experienced. You find yourself being friendly towards staff only to be treated in the worst way and being talked down to. Never again will I go there nor will I ever send another one of ny staff members there

  Very poor customer service. Had an express post delivered to their Post Office and was not notified. After following up through with several different staff members finally managed to source the parcel. One person in particular proved extremely unhelpful (Dianne) and was more interested in clocking off early before closing time.
