  Worst post office in Newcastle. The waiting time is always horrific. You shouldn’t have to wait half an hour or more to buy a postage stamp or to just buy a prepaid satchel (which is what a 1 minute transaction?) while the staff have a gossip behind the counter.

  Rude unhelpful woman who had no intention of assisting me in regard to a parcel which had not been delivered. How do they get away with speaking to people like that?

  If i could give this post office a zero i certainly would. It has to be the worst in Newcastle. Australia post need to look at the reviews here and do something about this place. Staff Training is severely lacking, every operator has a different way of doing the same thing. I absolutely hate walking into this place and standing on the end of the very long line.

  Horrible customer service, was served by a terribly rude lady at counter, definitely need to improve their quality of services

  Absolutely dreadful customer service. On two separate occasions I was the only person waiting in the queue and the staff just stood behind the counter having conversations with each other! Both times I was left waiting for longer than the actual transaction eventually took. I'm astonished at the unprofessionalism. Transaction details: 05/01/18 - 0135033 06/01/18 - 0374091
