  Most stupidist workers ever.....i go there to pay my rent with my RENT CARD and he said they cant do it but they have been doing it for me the last 2 months and he thought it was a EFTPOS card....its my RENT CARD STUPID not happy as didnt pay my rent today

  I give it a two stars for improvement in the shop, as far as customer service is concerned but more than not, the delivery service is disgusting, many times the driver has been more than careless with my parcels!

  Guy has no printer there. The advise he gave was go to office works on main north road a mile away then cone back. Faster to go to abother post office or news agency

  Worst post office ever. The driver that does the parcel deliveries for this area is a joke. NEVER rings doorbell. He doesn't deliver parcels, he just delivers NOTES left on the FLOOR by the front door, not even in the letter box; what if the wind blows it away? A few times now we've been left a note WHEN WE HAVE BEEN HOME! The driver also then states the parcels can only be picked up the NEXT day or 2 days later. I used to live in the Campbelltown Post Office area, and I've NEVER ever had issues with their contractor drivers like this. What's worse is when you DO go and pick things up at this LPO, it's ALWAYS understaffed, the place smells funky, is an absolute mess and once the ONE and ONLY staff on at peak hour couldn't find my parcel and had to tell me to come back another day! The lady also once ushered me around the side to come through to "help her" lift stuff out the way to get to my parcel. What an absolute JOKE. I now have all my parcel posts delivered to a REAL post office at Greenacres with the new parcel pick up service. Australia post needs to TAKE CONTROL of the situation. It's dodgy as.

  Worst Post Office ever! I can't believe such incompetent people are allow to own a Post Office. Every single time we are expecting a parcel, we encounter problems: such as Leaving a parcel note in our mail box while we are home waiting for it without even bothering knocking at the door, or leaving a parcel note notifying us we can pick up our parcel and realizing when we get there that there is no package??? When I tried to get answers and explanations about this matter at the shop, the woman at the counter barely apologized and made me feel like I was the one getting upset for nothing telling me: "What do you want me to do? " Well, do your job to start with and be a bit more professional. Such a shame we are obliged to go to this Post office! I would move out from my house just to avoid having to deal with this people again.
