::The worst australia post. Did not care one bit that they lost my parcel that was worth $500. Spoke to her collegues while on the phone to me about deciding what coffee to buy instead of helping her customers. will be cancelling my PMB. Disgusting

::Lady from parcel collection was very friendly in explaining why I couldn't get my parcel. Then the lady from service had to intervene and tell me the same explanation with a descending tone and attitude. Lady from parcel 5 stars, but the other one doesn't know what service for clients is. Hopeless....

::In the last month and a half Iv had 3 parcels where the tracking has been marked delivered in Winnellie, but I have never seen them. Theres a thief working in the Winnellie sorting shed, and he had better hope Auspost find him first and get rid of him before I find his name. I know some people that can find these things out and they have started looking

::Sucks I can't send mail and pick up a parcel at the same time, makes me have to do 2 trips... Closing time for mailing is at 5 but that's also the time I can pick up my parcel.. Anybody feel the same????
