  Australia Post offer slow delivery, poor service & horrendously bad customer service policies! They consistently deliver items late & then try their best to cover things up or not really tell you what is going on. What can you say about a badly performing company who holds a monopoly in the broader Australian delivery space ... Very unimpressed!

  How lovely the queues were speedy. Staff tolerant lots of variety to selecting postage cards and stamps

  There was the lady with the asian appearance, who just came to me said things which I was fully aware of. At first, I thought she was being extra-attentive, possibly quite obsessed with the role. Although she was in ‘under-estimating’ manner, I thoguth it was okay. Then when I was using the kiosk, self service machine, she just cut my action and was saying ‘no no that’s wrong’. In aggressive and attacking tone, she kept telling me that I did wrong and that it isn’t the right way. She just canceled what I was doing and proceeded it through ‘her way’. Not sure it was her bad day or is discrimitive against some people. Worst experience I had in years. Avoid this lady everyone!

  I've been here a few times. The wait for service is usually quite long: 15 mins or longer. Self service machines are handy if all you need to do is post or buy something from the shelf. I couldn't find any stamps on the shelf
