    Ridiculous hours, but the location has parcel lockers. Although alot of online businesses won't send to a P.O.Box. Pllleeeaasseeee for the love of god open on the weekend.

    I wonder how people can collect the parcel if it closes at 5PM on Mon -Friday and remains close on satday and sunday?They should either extend the opening hour upto 7 PM atleast or close this office, which is not useful for public?

    I'm normally very happy with AP parcel services, and have a parcel locker. Today I got a message that all lockers were full and I have to collect in person. Only problem is the Hawthorn DC closes at 5PM, so I now have no way to get my urgent parcel today. This defeats the purpose of having a parcel locker!! Why can't the bigger DCs stay open until 7PM, so normal people that work until 6 can get the parcel on the day it arrives?
