  Worst ever Aus Post found. Very arrogant attitude and laziness at its best.

  Unfriendly and not considerate. I was told to wait for 15-20mins for my passport application cause there was another customer in front of me having her application being checked at the same time. That was absolutely fine. However, after few minutes wait, I realised that there were no more other customers in the shop while there were a couple of staffs at the counter. My baby in the pram started to cry and still, no one bothers to open the counter to me until another 10mins later. I wanted to walk off much earlier but it was just not easy for me to have the hassle done all over again and that's why I waited to be served. Yet, when it reached my turn, the lady who knew that I've waited for long didn't mention anything like "sorry for the wait..". What a service!! You are in the service line, welcoming your customer with a smile or showing some kind gestures to a mom with baby who has waited for long is a common sense, isn't it?

  Best post office in the world! I would still have my PO box here even if I lived 100km away. So helpful & friendly. Highly recommend a visit!

  I'm horrified by my experience here. I was buying a camera that appeared to be $10, and a case for $20. But in the end the prices were mixed up and the camera was actually $100. The camera was also in a locked glass cabinet and this also proves that they are to lazy and could not be bothered checking the prices of there products, they should be ashamed. I was ready to buy it and then very upset that they also didn't just give it to me. They had false advertisement and they were very inconvenient, they also didn't care about how I felt in the situation and continued to pretend they were sorry. They didn't give me the product for a lower price and they were apparently sorry.
