  DREADFUL customer service. Rude and un-obliging. I've been going there intermittently for 7 years and it has never improved. The elderly people running it need a crash course in customer service and basic manners! Also, dodgy in the way that you pay $14+ for 'express' postage on a very light weight item from Newcastle to Surry Hills and it takes FIVE days to get there!!? Was told "he can't explain nor apologise"- Oh really? Well an apology would certainly be a start Mr! Wtf!? Plus excessive pricing that always seems more expensive than the other post office's. Ripped off royally. And that's if you can get past the long waiting times in the line whilst staring at the rude hand written signs demanding that people 'do this' and 'don't do that', these people are bitter assholes. NEVER going back. Don't waste your money or time.
