::I’ve had to deal with this particular aus post since moving into the area 6 months ago. Their customer service is terrible. Can never find parcels in a timely manner. I was told this morning to go and wait outside at the parcel pick up for my delivery when every other time within business hours i have come into the store and been served. The lady in front of me had been waiting a while and they were not able to find her parcel so i popped back into the store and asked the blonde lady with an accent if there was anyone else that could help me, as they were having issues and i was in a hurry. She refused to serve me, not 1 other customer was in the store and 2 staff members were on the serving counter. To be in a customer service role yet not have an customer service abilities, baffles me. I’m not at all surprised of the low ratings and reviews for this particular post office.

Thanks for not getting back to me after I lodged an case. Thanks for making me follow up repeatedly until I had to come to you to open the package in front of you (24 days after it had be sent from Melbourne). Thanks for then telling me you would need to do an investigation to see if I was entitled to compensation. "you will need to leave the package with us". Yeah right, after you already smashed it and had proven your incompetence on multiple fronts I should trust you with my original artwork. Thanks for having staff that appeared to be left alone with no experience. Thanks to the cowardly supervisor or manager behind the partition that wouldn't come out and rectify the situation.
