  2 times misinformed back to back: 1) Went to track an item and was given an AusPost suburb contact instead of 131318. Basic knowledge for someone working at an AusPost outlet you would think? The other bloke gave the right info. 2) Wanted to return goods overseas and was given only the pricier options. The other bloke advised of the Economy option almost half the price of what I was initially advised. When advised of the error. No apologies, instead an exasperated smile and thanks. DONT deal with the Fat woman with pink hair at this AusPost.
