  Paid for them to tune my gears and wash the bike. Bike came back with misalignment in the brakes. Incorrect gearing and dirty. Don't waste your time even considering this establishment.

  So glad we came across this bike store when we came up from Adelaide to Cairns. Graeme,Steve and Nathan went above and beyond to help us out after we'd had hassles with Jetstar in bringing my bike on the flight. I hired a sweet 'Scott' road bike at an excellent price and rode it as much as I possibly could in the three days I had it. Steve fixed up my husbands bike after it got a little bent out of shape during the flight. We started to feel like it was our local hang out- having gone there about 6-7 times in the week we were here. An outstanding bike shop! BEST in QLD no doubt. Highly recommend for any biking needs and or accessories. We look forward to going back when we next come to Cairns.

  Amazing Have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff here. Steve does an incredible job in servicing my TT bike and road bike and its always a pleasure to walk through the door. Awesome service.

  So far bought 2 mountain bikes (dual suspension) through the store and the service was outstanding. All the fine details taken care of and after sales service is just the best you could expect. Top people, top shop- THE best bike shop in Cairns

  I purchased a bicycle from this shop on boxing day 2014 The experience was first class every step of the way. Dealing with the owner was second to none. The shop has a vast array of accessories and the selection of bicycles is also second to none. You will be hard pressed to find a better shop in North Queensland full stop. In fact find out for yourself visit the shop and enjoy the experience, you will be satisfied. Sincerely, George
