  Fantastic service from Rose and her team, drop off on Sunday night easy and very convenient, extend a prepaid booking in Sydney with a drop off in Noosa no problem, very professional and courteous. Exemplary service.

  No problems with the customer service but the car park is extremely small and tight making it difficult to exit especially with a large car.

  After thoroughly scouring the net for a good deal while our family car was out of commission, AVIS had the best compact car price around. Upon collection we were also treated to an upgrade from a Hyundai I30 to a Mitsubishi ASX which was in great condition! We don't expect this fortune all the time, but it certainly paved the way for a great experience! The phone support was up to scratch also, so no qualms at all.
