  You know what?!! I still miss my old Village Belle Newsagency and for a shopping strip that claims to be corporate-free and anti cooperation?!! They let these guys move in the district!! It's a crime to think that a lousy tourist destination like St Kilda doesn't even have a news-agency?!! And there used to be a time when SK used to have 4 newsagents in Acland Street 30 years ago to now zero etc. Read!!: RETARDED!!! etc.

  This place is "the best" bank I've ever been into or delt with.. The customer service is just AMAZING.!! When I went in there were 2 people waiting in line ahead of me, & one of the lovely gentleman staff noticed there was 3 of us in line from his office, & he came out, offered us all a bottle of water while we wait, & asked if there was anything he could help us with that didn't require the main teller, he was just so lovely & courteous, I'll always be going back here. Plus they're open till 6 most days, which is great.! They've also set it up really well, lovely relaxing music in the background, & whatever oil burner they were using, the place smelt AMAZING, & it was so clean and fresh too. Keep up the great work Bank of Melbourne Acland street, best bank ever.!!👍😉

  Great service. The only Bank which rings me up to tell there is a better interest rate available for current customers. (Other banks only ring when they want to sell me an extra service instead of a better one!). Westpac own them, but they seem to give better service than westpac.
