  BankWest ATM ate my deposited cheque. No feedback, no notification from bank, and the queues on the phone lines seem endless.

  Really hopeless. Deposit $1000 cash on the ATM and it got retained in the ATM. No one could help. It’s over 72 hours and no one would follow up. Called 131719, each time hear different stories. Don’t bank with them. Not very professional.

  I was in at the branch today and was given the time and care to complete what was needed. The staff, most particularly Tom and Rebecca, went out of their way to do all that they could in assisting me. I was very thankful for their personal approach and ability.

  Never had a problem with this branch - although I usually come in to just deposit cash. Always have had friendly service.
